Responsibilities & Context:
Assist in product development and sample follow-up as per buyer requirements.
Maintain regular communication with buyers regarding order status and approvals.
Follow up on raw material sourcing (fabrics, trims, and accessories) to ensure timely production.
Prepare and maintain Time and Action (T&A) plans for each order.
Coordinate with the quality and production teams to ensure product standards.
Maintain proper documentation and reporting for all active orders.
