Skills Required: Additional Requirements: - Minimum 5 year working experience in ISP or IT.
- Very good knowledge in IP sub-netting, Mikrotik Firewall, Filter and Mangle, various types of Bandwidth controlling, NAT & Port forwarding, tunneling, understand of routing table.
- Basic knowledge on VISIO and network diagram.
- Must have very good communication skill direct and over the phone with corporate customer.
- Experience in computer LAN setup and troubleshooting.
- Point to point radio setup skills.
- Good understanding of Routing Protocol Static, OSPF, RIP, BGP.
- Basic knowledge about configuring Linux Server, IP Telephony.
- Mikrotik & Computer hardware Troubleshooting capabilities.
- Experience of handling & Trouble Shooting of IP Camera, DVR, Finger Attendances & Access control Device.
- Must be proactive, energetic & determined to meet deadlines.
- Lead technical team and able to work under pressure.
- Basic concept on Cisco/Juniper Router & switch·
- Basic knowledge in IP network and sub-netting.
- Understanding Routing Protocol OSPF, RIP, BGP.
- Basic knowledge about configuring DNS, Mail server, Proxy Server, Web Server,IP telephony.
- Experience in computer LAN setup and troubleshooting·
- Experience in Windows OS setup and troubleshooting·
- Must be proactive, energetic & determined to meet deadlines·
- Team player and able to work under pressure·
- Committed and performance driven·
- Good command in English·
- Presentable and ability to manage client
- Must willing to work for long time.
- Willing to acquire new skill.
- Positive attitude and dedicated to the job.
Responsibilities & Context: - Cisco routing and switching basic configuration.
- Following standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate teams.
- Prioritizing and managing many tasks at the same time.
- E-Mail corresponding with clients.
- Ensure all issues are properly logged.
- Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals.
- Committed and performance driven.
