Job Context:
∎ MEP Group is a well-known Electric and Electronic product manufacturing Company which is located at Barishal. MEP was established in 1974 as a private company at BSCIC Industrial State, Barishal, with factory located in Barishal and corporate office in Bijoy Nagar, Dhaka. MEP a growing company is currently manufacturing near about 1000 types of electrical and electronics items. To keep pace with its growth, MEP is looking for young professionals who can comply with regulatory and business requirements.
∎ Job Location: Dhaka with Frequent Travel to Factories & depot.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Follow-up Inventory management procedure & prepare inventory control report.
∎ Develop proper internal control system for inventory management.
∎ To conduct audits of our depots & showrooms using a detailed audit program template, assessing and reviewing internal controls surrounding the operation, security and safety.
∎ Checking of books of records such as cashbook, Party/ subsidiary ledgers, store register etc.
∎ Provide clear summary reports of audit findings and recommendations to the Management.
∎ Purchase bill checking & purchase verification.
∎ Develop proper control system for purchase procedure.
∎ Frequent visit to our factory for implement proper control of production procedure.
∎ Affiliation with accounting software like Tally ERP- 9.
∎ Implement best practices and procedures in all audit systems and accounting functions.
∎ Have capacity to conduct risk-based audit as per internal Audit plan
∎ Any other tasks as may be assigned by the company management from time to time for the sake of the company or the group as a whole.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 3-5 years' experience in similar work.
∎ Have capacity to frequent Travel.
Salary:
∎ Attractive package depending on the credential of individual.
