Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead the development of comprehensive proposals, encompassing narrative and budget components.
∎ Ensure alignment with Friendship NGO's mission and objectives.
∎ Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to gather necessary information for proposal creation.
∎ Co-develop projects in collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
∎ Facilitate effective communication and coordination with Friendship International bodies (e.g., Friendship Netherlands, Friendship France) for project implementation.
∎ Prepare accurate and timely reports for donors, highlighting project progress and impact.
∎ Maintain transparency and adherence to reporting requirements set by Friendship NGO and its international entities.
∎ If relevant, work closely with one of Friendship’s International entities (Friendship UK, Friendship Luxembourg, Friendship Netherlands, Friendship France, or Friendship Belgium) for coordination and reporting purposes.
∎ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Environmental Management, or Development Studies required.
∎ Master’s degree in the aforementioned subjects will be considered an added advantage.
∎ Fresh graduates with strong qualifications are encouraged to apply.
∎ Writing Proficiency and Sector Understanding:
∎ High proficiency in formal writing (English).
∎ A reasonable understanding of the local non-profit sector.
∎ Expertise in copywriting, proposal writing, budgeting, research, or statistical analysis.
∎ Strong analytical and research skills.
∎ For Senior Executive position: 0-2 years of relevant experience.
∎ For Assistant Manager position: 2-5 years of relevant experience.
