Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA/MBA from any reputed University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Generate new export and import freight business by visiting client in the market.
∎ Update customer database and prepare report on time.
∎ Coordinate with operation team to provide effective customer service.
∎ Promptly attend customer inquiry, price quotation, over phone / email.
∎ Ensure timely delivery of invoice to clients and update credit control in case of any disputes.
∎ Provide regular MIS information to Management.
∎ Make Business Development / Daily Sales Call / Visit and report to the General Manager.
∎ Gather information from time to time on the overall local market rates; new requirements and
∎ potential volume movements and report the findings to the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 years in logistics, freight forwarding industry.
∎ Must be sincere, honest and disciplined.
∎ Must be hands-on, self-motivated and highly ambitious to build career.
∎ Must ensure transparency in all activities at all levels.
∎ Critical Skills Required:
∎ Adequate and in-depth knowledge in the inbound and out bound Air Freight business.
∎ Capability of working towards and achieving monthly/quarterly targets.
∎ Good relationship with airlines.
∎ Excellent inter-personal skills.
∎ Strong buying and negotiating power.
∎ Fluency in written and spoken English.
∎ Capability to communicate effectively with local & foreign clients.
∎ Strong computer skills particularly in using emailing and MS Office.
∎ Capability to work independently.
