Requirements:

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Identify potential franchise investors in line with the company’s expansion goals.
∎ Perform site surveys, rent analysis, and comparisons for potential locations.
∎ Negotiate with landowners to ensure the lowest possible rental rates.
∎ Ensure smooth onboarding, orientation, and operational handover for new franchise outlets.
∎ Assess feasibility and profitability of each proposed site before final selection.
∎ Ensure proper site measurement according to company standards.
∎ Coordinate legal matters and liaise with landowners for agreement signing and issue resolution.
∎ Coordinate all expansion-related activities with internal departments and report progress to senior management.
