Responsibilities & Context:
Identify potential franchise investors in line with the company’s expansion goals.
Perform site surveys, rent analysis, and comparisons for potential locations.
Negotiate with landowners to ensure the lowest possible rental rates.
Ensure smooth onboarding, orientation, and operational handover for new franchise outlets.
Assess feasibility and profitability of each proposed site before final selection.
Ensure proper site measurement according to company standards.
Coordinate legal matters and liaise with landowners for agreement signing and issue resolution.
Coordinate all expansion-related activities with internal departments and report progress to senior management.
