Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identify new opportunities through networking, cold calling, and social media channels as well.
∎ Contact potential clients to establish rapport and to pitch the product on the phone, by email, and in person.
∎ Set up meetings with the prospective clients both in person or virtually.
∎ Focus towards achieving monthly or annual sales targets.
∎ Work with marketing/creative team/tech team to develop sales pitch materials.
∎ Follow up on ongoing sales projects and remove "bottlenecks".
∎ Manage vendors/third-party outsourced solution providers.
∎ Collect and analyze sales information and prepare data and sales reports, review monthly sales performance regularly and report to the CEO.
∎ Invoicing and Revenue Collection
∎ Prepare and revise quotes, sales proposals and contracts, and present to and negotiate with the clients–both in person and virtually.
∎ Maintain long-term, meaningful relationships with existing clients to retain business from them and decrease churn rate
∎ Review feedback from clients and implement necessary changes with the help of internal teams (product and tech teams).
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 32 years
∎ Minimum 3 years of working experience in business development is a must.
∎ Prior experience in the agency is a must
∎ Must be passionate about Sales
∎ Team player/cross-functional team player
∎ Excellent communication, presentation, marketing, convincing and negotiation skills
∎ Proactive, energetic, confident and must have a can-do attitude.
∎ Ability to multitask, solve problems, and be self-motivated
∎ Has quick learning approach: fail fast, learn fast, improve fast–if it works, keep it, otherwise dump it
Salary: Tk. 40000 - 55000 (Monthly)
