Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Prepare monthly sales plan and develop ways to achieve the target.
∎ Tracking sales trend & suggest corrective actions.Work with the top management in policy formulation.
∎ Work closely with the sales force and monitor their day-to-day performance, monitoring the competition and analyzing competitors' strategies.
∎ Tracking competitor's movement & analyzing the market.
∎ Implement effective marketing and promotional plans.
