Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Identify and target key corporate clients in the hotel, restaurant, and bakery industries.
∎ Develop a strong pipeline of potential clients through market research, networking, and industry events.
∎ Lead sales pitches and presentations to potential clients, showcasing PFL's product portfolio and unique value propositions.
∎ Drive sales growth by securing long-term contracts and bulk orders from corporate clients.
∎ Develop customized sales strategies to meet client needs and achieve sales targets.
∎ Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to ensure profitability and client satisfaction.
∎ Maintain strong relationships with existing corporate clients to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.
∎ Provide after-sales support, including handling inquiries, resolving complaints, and coordinating with internal teams for smooth order fulfillment.
∎ Conduct regular client visits and follow-ups to understand their evolving needs and market trends.
∎ Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and industry developments to refine sales strategies.
∎ Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns tailored to corporate clients.
∎ Provide insights and feedback to management for product innovation and business expansion opportunities.
∎ Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics for senior management.
∎ Track and analyze key sales KPIs to ensure targets are met and suggest corrective actions if needed.
