Job Responsibilities:
∎ Check and review the PP spray/ acid wash production output for colour tone and sample standard.
∎ Check and review the reactive/Dischargeable/deep dyeing production output for shade as per sample requirement.
∎ Check and review Measurement for PP Spray, colour spray, coating spray.
∎ Check and review Whisker, grinding process adherence and position for each style.
∎ Give instruction and follow-up during washing for critical wash process.
∎ Take floor round to ensure priority work is on time, visible issue resolved and housekeeping maintained.
∎ Coordinate with merchandiser/central planning regarding shipment planning.
∎ Coordinate with maintenance team regarding machine issues.
∎ Coordinate with ECR to ensure compliance of chemical sustainability & safety.
∎ Review recipe, new style, process with Washing Head.
∎ Attend PP meeting with Merchandiser and Buying Quality representative before bulk production.
∎ Attend fabric booking meeting.
∎ Provide training to executive/ worker in new process and quality requirement/standard.
