We are looking for an Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager in the Sales & Marketing team.

• Achieve monthly & yearly sales targets for company real estate projects (apartment, plot, commercial space etc.)
• Identify , approach, & convert potential clients through networking, referrals, digital channels, & field visits.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure excellent customer service.
• Maintain a database of potential clients.
• Prepare and present sales proposals, pricing, and payment plans to clients.
• Conduct project presentations explaining features, pricing, and investment benefits.
• Arrange and lead property /site visits with prospective clients.
• Maintain accurate customer data, sales pipelines, and MIS reports.
• Address customer queries, complaints, and escalation issues promptly.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support strategic planning.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management.
• Provide market feedback to improve product offerings.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies.
• Coordinate with legal, CRM, and finance teams for documentation and post-sales support.
• Lead & Guide junior sales staff.
• Coordinate with marketing, operations, and documentation teams of smooth closure.
• Asst. in agreement signing , payment follow-up, and after-sales communication.
