Responsibilities & Context:
  • Have to achieve monthly and yearly joint venture land development target as per ABP.

  • Prospecting client hunting by using different sources such as Internal & External reference.

  • Conducts market research & competitor`s analysis by Market survey.

  • Clear knowledge of FAR calculation as per Dhaka Imarat Nirman Bidhimala.

  • Arrange meeting with actual land owners for joint venture land development.Continuous follow-up and convince the land owners for joint venture agreement.

  • Prepare offer for clients as per feasibility study of the company.

  • Prepare Deed of agreement (DOA) and Power of Attorney (POA) after receiving the required land documents from land owners.

  • Maintain good relationship with existing customers and clients·

  • Any Other tasks as assigned by management
