∎ Age 30 to 40 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Have to achieve monthly and yearly joint venture land development target as per ABP.
∎ Prospecting client hunting by using different sources such as Internal & External reference.
∎ Conducts market research & competitor's analysis by Market survey.
∎ Clear knowledge of FAR calculation as per Dhaka Imarat Nirman Bidhimala.
∎ Arrange meeting with actual land owners for joint venture land development.Continuous follow-up and convince the land owners for joint venture agreement.
∎ Prepare offer for clients as per feasibility study of the company.
∎ Prepare Deed of agreement (DOA) and Power of Attorney (POA) after receiving the required land documents from land owners.
∎ Maintain good relationship with existing customers and clients·
∎ Any Other tasks as assigned by management
