Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversees the entire export process, including documentation, logistics, and compliance with international trade regulations especially in GCC countries, EU, Canada and USA.
∎ Identify and develop new business opportunities in international markets, with a focus on expanding the company’s footprint in GCC countries, EU, Canada, and USA.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with international buyers, distributors, and regulatory bodies to ensure smooth operations and expansion of export activities.
∎ Ensure compliance with international food safety standards and export regulations, including certification processes for exporting food products/Frozen Foods/Fresh Fruits & Vegetables.
∎ Apply in-depth knowledge of Frozen Foods, Fresh Fruits & Vegetable Export and packaged food products, managing their export from Bangladesh to international markets.
∎ Ensure all necessary export documents (e.g., bill of lading, certificates of origin, invoices, Cash Incentives Procedure) are completed accurately and timely.
∎ Maintain export records and report key metrics to senior management.
