Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Regularly communicate with vendors and meet the production quality of the POSM.
∎ Maintain the POSM delivery deadline as per Calendar.
∎ Closely work with the VM Assistants and Designers team for proper work.
∎ Supervised VM Assistant team and guide them.
∎ Do the outpost, window and event setup as share schedule.
∎ Support in developing & implementing ideas for Window and in-store animations and activities.
∎ Visit outlet during outpost, window time to ensure proper work as following the design.
∎ Sourcing the Right Materials for POSM and meeting the Timeline.
∎ Make Monthly Bill Document and Submit this to the VM Manager.
∎ Roles and Responsibilities:
