Responsibilities & Context:

The beauty expert will be mainly responsible for Sundora’s Make Up brands and Skincare training & development. She is required to have intensive and detailed knowledge of international Makeup brands like MAC, Estee Lauder, Clinique etc., application, usage and ability to provide training on such brands & detailed knowledge on skin and what kind of makeup and skincare routines will suit Sundora customers. She will be reporting to the Head of Marketing and work in tandem with the Training Manager and team.  

Roles & Responsibilities:

• To design and implement training materials and conduct training/programs/events/workshops well fitted to Bangladesh’s context and enhance content of existing training support documents as and when required. 
• To organise and deliver product training and sales techniques to Sundora’s Beauty Advisors in line with the sales cycles and training priorities. To deliver induction and specific training to grow and develop the brand’s Beauty Advisors regarding Makeup brands, application, usage along with skin care brands 
• To develop an effective system of skills assessment to evaluate all Beauty Advisors regularly- this would include visiting the Sundora stores regularly to observe sales techniques of BAs and conduct individual coaching when necessary and ensure that brand guidelines and sales techniques are implemented properly 
• To educate own self on international sales success techniques, regularly research and gather in-depth knowledge on the brands and come up with ideas to fit that into Bangladesh’s context, thereafter, coach BAs so that the information on products are updated, sales pitch and the brand’s Art of Selling methodologies are effectively carried out and improved. 
• To be active on the field to observe customer purchase behaviour and interact with the Beauty Advisors and customers and provide insights of where improvements are required 
• To identify and provide feedback for future training needs. 
• To contribute to update of training programs, action plan on training and coaching: design of presentation, training booklets, contents of workshop, monitoring of budget where necessary.
• To propose the development and implementation of new training programs for BAs, store managers where appropriate.
• To collaborate with the marketing and retail operation team (to organize and conduct promotional and marketing activities such as Beauty workshops, seminars and product launches) support new product launches & events.
