Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's/MBA Major in Accounting/Finance from any reputed university.
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: VAT & TAX related certification
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Major jobs and responsibilities include but not limited to:-
∎ Calculation of VAT & TAX
∎ Maintenance of all VAT related works (Example: 4.3, 6.1, 6.2, 6.3, 6.5, 6.10, 7, 9.1 & Others)
∎ Maintenance of Sales Accounts Book and Purchase Accounts Book.
∎ Ensuring Issuance of VAT Invoice for vehicles.
∎ Submission of Value Added Tax Return.
∎ Assisting the concerned team with monthly and yearly VAT return submission, hearing and assessment finalization.
∎ Maintain deduction of VAT & TAX at source and deposit them to the Govt. treasury on time.
∎ Prepare necessary VAT & TAX related documents as per the requirement of concerned government authorities.
∎ Keep Liaison and communication with related authorities.
∎ Handle Companies all sorts of VAT & TAX issues independently.
∎ Maintain close liaison with Custom Authority, VAT Authority, NBR, Tribunal and Appellate Tribunal.
∎ Formulating company policy for VAT & TAX as per existing law of the country.
∎ Perform any other task given by the Management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Minimum Ten (10) years' experience in a relevant field and preferably in Audit Firms /Tax Consultant/Ready Mix Concrete/Cement companies.
∎ At least 10 years relevant job experience preferable
∎ Experience in manufacturing & import of is highly encouraged.
∎ Willing to work under pressure & extensive working hours.
∎ Minimum 10 years direct experience in VAT & TAX department in a reputed organization.
∎ Handling (VAT/Customs Duty/Income TAX) of Group of Companies independently.
∎ Good command in Bengali and English.
∎ Should have good knowledge on Microsoft Word, Excel and internet.
