Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting
∎ MBA/ Masters in Accounting from any recognized university.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Accounts, Finance, Tax (VAT/ Customs Duty/ Income Tax), Commercial/ Export-Import
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Furniture, Furniture Manufacturer, Garments, Garments Accessories, Group of Companies, Manufacturing (FMCG)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare of employee's income tax return under section 108 of income tax ordinance 1984.
∎ Maintain all VAT registers & VAT book.
∎ Handling all kind of L/C related Documents, Banking and insurance function
∎ Issue Mushok - 11 & Prepare Mushok 19 and submit monthly to Vat circle along with other relevant papers.
∎ Sound knowledge about customs clearance documents and procedure
∎ Sound knowledge about trade license, chambers, Registrar of Joint Stock, Board of Investment and other permits renewals.
∎ Capability to Negotiate with Bank
∎ Prepare yearly & quarterly Tax return & submit to Tax authority.
∎ Shipment schedule follow-up with freight forwarder
∎ Maintain VAT Deduction at Source (VDS) & Tax Deduction at Source (TDS) process
∎ Sound knowledge about Import & Export procedure
∎ Collect all VAT & Tax deduction certificate and adjust.
∎ Must have adequate knowledge about import trading, communication and documentation.
∎ Sound knowledge about competitor's product line information
∎ Prepare individual Tax return & submit to Tax Circle
∎ Keep close liaison with foreign Principals
∎ Calculate Employee Tax from salary certificate & issue them.
∎ Handle total operation to Import and Customs duties, Coordinate with Govt. Officials, C&F Agents, Bank & Insurance, Freight Forwarders and Transport providers.
∎ Maintaining Time and Action plan, proper records of all LC, payments.
∎ Must have ability to communication with C&F agents & Shipping lines
∎ Finalization of all C&F agents bill, insurance premium bill & maintain record of LC Files & Costing.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ 4-5 years experience, minimum 1-2 years' experience in similar position.
∎ Experience to use Accounting Software.
∎ Proactive, self-motivated and self-started with a positive attitude.
∎ Good interpersonal skills and strong communication skills in English.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and adaptive to changes.

Salary: Tk. 25000 - 35000 (Monthly)
