∎ Master in Accounting or Finance with CA CC from a reputed firm / Foundation Level in ICMABTotal 6 years job experience in which 2 years as Assistant Manager-Tax & Vat in Finance & Accounts department. (The candidate with hospital experience will be given preference).)

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Prepare and file accurate tax returns in compliance with Bangladesh tax laws and regulations.
∎ Ensure timely payment of all tax liabilities, including income tax, withholding tax, and other applicable taxes.
∎ Maintain comprehensive tax records and documentation for audit and compliance purposes.
∎ Provide tax planning and advisory services to optimize tax liabilities and ensure compliance.
∎ Oversee VAT registration, filing, and compliance activities under Bangladesh VAT laws.
∎ Prepare and submit monthly and annual VAT returns accurately and on time.
∎ Manage VAT payments and ensure proper documentation and record-keeping.
∎ Conduct regular VAT reconciliations and audits to identify discrepancies and ensure accuracy.
∎ Prepare detailed reports and presentations on tax and VAT matters for senior management.
∎ Bangladesh Specialized Hospital is seeking a skilled and knowledgeable Assistant Manager of TAX & VAT to manage and oversee all TAX and VAT-related activities within the organization. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in TAX and VAT management, be well-versed in Bangladesh government laws and regulations, and maintain strong relationships with relevant authorities. This role will report directly to the Assistant General Manager of Finance & Accounts.
