Plan and implement for procurement of different stores and equipment to ensure uninterrupted supply chain of the organization.
Inventory management.
Implement automaton improve efficiency.
Use data to predict demand and adjust supply strategies.
Identify supply chain risks and Develop contingency or backup plans.
Lead and train supply chain staffs.
Collaborate with finance, production, sales and quality teams.
Ensure smooth internal communication for operational efficiency.
