Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc/Diploma in Civil Engineering in any reputed public/private University.
∎ Skills Required: Minimum 05 Years (B.Sc)08 Years (Diploma) experience in relevant fiel
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Site survey, site supervision, site administration.
∎ Look after overall project development/implementation activities.
∎ Preparation of short estimate, budget and BOQ (Bill of Quantities).
∎ Supervising repairing and maintenance work where necessary.
∎ Ensure safety, security and cleanliness.
∎ Must have adequate knowledge about Bangladesh National Building Code (BNBC).
∎ Coordinate with “Purchase Committee”.
∎ Any other tasks as assigned by the Management from time to time
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Age relaxed in case of experience candidates.
∎ Computer Skill about MS-Office & Auto Cad (08 years).
∎ Well versed in English and Bengali.
