∎ Proven experience in retail or showroom management (3+ years preferred).

∎ Good understanding of visual merchandising principles.
∎ Proficient in Microsoft Office, and basic reporting tools.
∎ Highly organized with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
∎ Flexible schedule, including availability on weekends and holidays as required.

∎ Handle high-value or complex customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
∎ Analyze sales trends and customer feedback to optimize performance.
∎ Recruit, train, and manage showroom staff.
∎ Set individual and team performance targets and provide ongoing coaching and performance reviews.
∎ Foster a positive, results-driven work culture.
∎ Ensure the showroom is clean, well-organized, and visually appealing at all times.
∎ Manage stock levels, product displays, and promotional materials.
∎ Prepare regular sales and inventory reports, monitor KPIs and control operational expenses.
∎ Coordinate with warehouse/logistics for timely deliveries and stock replenishment.
∎ Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
