Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Expecting educational qualifications will be considered for promising candidates.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Excellent communication skill, Negotiation Skills, Sales & Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Developer, Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, Real Estate

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To visit prospective customers regularly & set up meetings with potential clients.
∎ To maintain relationships with existing customers.
∎ To create a solid database of prospective customers.
∎ Report to the team leader when & where required.
∎ Execute the company sales activities, plans, and procedures.
∎ To achieve sales target and set a new target as well.
∎ To visit the apartment with the client for their queries and satisfaction.
∎ Responsible for attending Site office duty and searching outdoor prospects.
∎ Responsible for maintaining after-sales officials’ formalities i.e. checking application forms, preparing Payment schedules, preparing the deed of agreement, and signing to the client.
∎ Any other activities as and when required by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 3- 7 years of relevant experience in Prominent Real Estate Companies.
∎ Need sound knowledge of computer applications.
∎ She/he should have a very pleasant personality with excellent communication skills both in Bengali & English.
∎ Capable to serve under pressure.
∎ Must be hard working with fervent attitude.

Salary: Negotiable
