Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Civil, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
∎ Skills Required: MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/ OneNote

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Preferably Real Estate and Construction Company, Real Estate Sales, Sales & Marketing
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To visit prospective customers regularly & set up meetings with potential clients.
∎ To Maintain relationships with existing customers.
∎ To create a solid database of prospective customers.
∎ Report to the team leader when & where required.
∎ Execute the company sales activities, plan & procedure.
∎ To achieve sales target and set a new target as well.
∎ To visit the apartment with the client for their queries and satisfaction.
∎ Focus on how to promote more sales.
∎ Implementing new sales plans and advertising.
∎ Responsible for attending site office duty and searching outdoors prospects.
∎ Responsible for maintaining after sales officials formalities i.e- Checking application forms, preparing payment schedules, preparing the deed of agreement, and signing to the client.
∎ Any Other activities as and when required by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent communication skill, Negotiation skills.

Salary: Negotiable
