∎ Key Selling Points: Real Estate Sales
∎ The position of Assistant Manager/ Senior Executive, Sales will play an associate role in the General Sales of Berkat Real Estate & Properties Ltd.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Expected to be target oriented and ensure the achievement on time.
∎ The incumbent have to visit corporate client.
∎ Creating new corporate/industrial or group customer to accrue the sales target.
∎ Building a strong relationship with the customer.
∎ Have to achieve individual monthly/ quarterly sales target.
∎ Achieve company revenue and profit target with proper planning & execution.
∎ Expected to be target oriented and ensure the achievement on time.
∎ To prepare sales forecasting activities and set performance goals accordingly.
∎ To provide weekly & monthly sales superior regarding sales performance.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 32 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Sales/ Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Real Estate, Developer
∎ At least 05 years of experience including 02 years in Assistant Manager position.
∎ Candidates with experience in Real Estate Industry will be given preference.
∎ Good communication & negotiation skill.
∎ Be a strong team player and have the ability coordinate sales activity internally and externally.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
