Candidate must have good knowledge in English both verbal and written.

Candidate must have good Computer skill (Email Communication, MS Word. MS Excel, MS Excess, PowerPoint)

Ajax Shoe Mill’s Ltd, Footwear manufacturing company is looking for dynamic, self-motivated and result-oriented individual candidate for immediate appointment.

• Develop and implement of organization`s accounts & financial goals and providing strategic direction to ensure the goals.

• Facilitates top management decision-making by conducting appropriate analysis of data and compilation of relevant statistical analysis.

• Carries out feasibility study of new services and innovations from a financial perspective. Develop internal control, Financial accounting system, Cost accounting system, Cash management system, Inventory and asset management system.

• Advice on how to increase revenue, reduce cost and business expansion so as to create a modern, efficient and profitable organization.

• Ensure that sufficient funds are available to meet ongoing operational and capital investment requirements.

• Responsible for accurate, complete and timely submission of required financial report and financial position.

• Prepare financial statement, Audited financial statement, Financial highlights and analysis, Budget, Back-to-back LC liability, Loan liability, Loan proposal, Sensitivity analysis and Cost of goods sold report, Make breakeven analysis, Cash inflow and outflow planning.

• Ensure the company is fully compliant accounting with Tax, Vat, BOI, RJSC, Internal and External audit.

• Review all fund management process including documentation, tracks receipts of funds and reviews interest and principal payments to be made.

• Check Bill, Voucher, Various report such as Stock, Sales, Export, Expenses, Production, Import, Purchase, Time loan adjust, Salary sheet, Material consumption etc.

• To carry out any other relevant tasks assigned by the authority as and when required.
