Job Responsibilities:
∎ Meet with Customers and Partners to understand their business objectives and challenges while considering how security accelerates their transformation.
∎ Work with the Product Management team to build new service offering and proactively transform the existing portfolio.
∎ Build, evaluate, and implement plans and design proposals for high impact solutions, considering key factors such as their long-term effectiveness (service delivery and cost), practicality, technical limitations, and criticality.
∎ Leverage a multi domain architectural approach in solution development to build journey maps and multi-year roadmaps.
∎ Actively transition projects from presales to Customer Delivery ensuring all customer expectations are understood and project teams are set up for success. Become the bridge to ensure the solution is delivered.
∎ Analyze, assess and design existing and new technology, new controls, and risk management in a timely manner.
∎ Develop long-term security roadmap including develop and maintain processes, controls, and standards for information security group.
∎ Develop security and data privacy functions, including critical processes such as vendor risk management, security monitoring, and identity and access management.
∎ Contribute to projects involving software development and engineering solutions.
∎ Drive Policy change and implementation verification of features that improve the security of customers platforms.
∎ Contribute and lead security review process, mentor, and counsel the development team and the entire company on security methodologies and coordinate with information security group and business partners.
∎ Update corporate risk register with newly identified risks.
∎ Contribute internal and external parties to obtain and share information to improve processes, frameworks, and security posture.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 26 years
∎ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field. A master's degree or relevant certifications (CISSP, CISM, CEH, AZ-500, SC -100, SC-200, SC-300) is a plus.
∎ 3+ experience as a Security Solution Architect or similar role in the IT industry.
∎ Strong knowledge of Microsoft security solutions, including Azure Security Center, Microsoft 365 security features, and Azure Active Directory.
∎ In-depth knowledge of security technologies, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, SIEM solutions, and encryption technologies.
∎ Familiarity with cloud security principles and experience with cloud service providers (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
∎ Strong understanding of security frameworks, standards, and compliance requirements (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, GDPR).
∎ Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex security concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
∎ Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
