Job Context:
∎ We are looking for a young, dynamic and energetic marketing and sales Executive & Manager who has experience in the Bangladesh Real Estate industry. This candidate should have at least 3 to 5 years of proven experience in marketing Properties, obtaining leads for the sales team to pursue and constantly find ways to innovate and integrate said innovations into the company.
∎ Assistant Manager (Real Estate , Housing & Rajuk Plot Specialist )

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Be able to manage and inspire/motivate the team members so as to achieve team sales targets
∎ Corporate sales planning and implementation
∎ Able to communicate with wide network of different professionals/ business men and look for prospective customers.
∎ To hire, select & train up the team member to create better sales personnel(s)
∎ To look after customer queries with satisfaction and relationship develop
∎ Be able to maintain good atmosphere in the office and with other marketing personals so as to enhance team building spirit.
∎ Any other task assigned by Management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Housing & Real Estate and Rajuk Plot Specialist
∎ Candidates have at least 3 to 5 years of practical experience in the Land & Real Estate Sector
∎ Highly knowledgeable on Land/ Real Estate business and present market scenario
∎ Have experience to forecast sales, revenue and budget with proper planning & execution
∎ Worked as Team Leader and motivate team members to achieve team sales targets
∎ Ability to take challenge to achieve the sales target
∎ Should have positive mindset to achieve target monthly, quarterly & yearly strategic marketing plan
∎ Must be self-motivated and dynamic
∎ Organizing sales team, monitoring & controlling executive & others
