Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Leadership quality to monitor line manager strictly.
∎ Have to achieve pre-fixed target monthly/quarterly/ half yearly/ yearly
∎ Follow up with clients and project visits.
∎ Prepare Monthly / quarterly/ half yearly/ yearly sales & collection plan/ budget for the region.
∎ Responsible for achieving individual's monthly/yearly sales target.
∎ To develop sales plans and budgets to achieve the monthly/yearly sales targets.
∎ To plan & ensure high product visibility in the market and minimize market gap.
∎ To motivate & train up the sales personnel to achieve the goal of the organization.
∎ To manage sales personnel in a professional way and be responsible for the Sales team's activities.
∎ Arranging market development programs to boost up relations and sales.
