Experience:

• At most 2 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Food (Packaged)/Beverage

• At least B.A/B.B.S/B.S.C with sound and practical experience on sales & Marketing Or Masters in any discipline from any Govt./UGC approved University

• Candidates with 3rd Division/ Class or GPA below 2.00 are discouraged to apply.

• Experience in the Food & Bakery items or similar field will get preference in Education.

• At most 2 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Food (Packaged)/Beverage

• Age 25 to 40 years
• Only Male

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Consumer Products such as All kinds of Biscuit, Bread, Cake, Toast, Chanachur etc.

• Good communication skill both in English and Bengali.

• Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office Package (Especially MS Excel), e-mail, whats up, Internet browsing.

• Meeting Sales Goals, Motivation for Sales, Territory Management, Presentation Skills, Performance Management, Building Relationships, Emphasizing Excellence. Negotiation, Results Driven, Sales Planning, Managing Profitability

We have been working with Bangladesh Govt. School Feeding Programme and World Food Programme with as an eco-friendly & qualified foods supplier & manufacturer. We have some concerns those aim is to serve the society and preserve the environment maintaining quality, safety & hygienic that seems to be natural products. Besides we are the supplier of UNDP, UNICEF, Islamic relief Bangladesh, Concern Worldwide, World Vision, BRAC, icddr’b of all kinds of Food & Non-Food commodities. Currently we are looking for some people who are dynamic, well organized, and smart and having experience in Sales & Marketing and Quality assurance sectors with excellent spoken & writing skill in English having well operation of Information technology.

Job Responsibilities:

• Accomplishes regional sales objectives by training, counseling employees in assigned districts.

• Achieves regional sales operational objectives by contributing regional sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; completing audits: identifying trends: determining regional sales system improvements; implementing change.

• Meets regional sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.

• Establishes sales objectives by creating a sales plan and quota for districts in support of national objectives.

• Maintains and expands customer base by counseling district sales representatives: building and maintaining report with key customers; identifying new customer opportunities.

• Recommends product lines by identifying new product opportunities and product, packaging,

• and service changes; surveying consumer needs and trends: tracking competitors.

• Implements trade promotions by publishing, tracking, and evaluating trade spending.

• Accomplishes sales and organization mission by completing related results as needed.

• Any other tasks as assigned by the superior.
