Education:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing, Master of Science (MSc) in Agrotechnology

Requirements:

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Minimum 4 years of work experience in Processed Food Product marketing and Sales/ E-commerce/ business development will be given preference. Should have experience in the following area: Processed Food Marketing,  Sales, Food processing and storage, and FMCG marketing. Proven experience preferably in the food, packaged food, spices, or lifestyle industry. Must have very good command over MS office & MS excel application .Proactive Self-starter, requiring minimal supervision, and is highly motivated to exceed expectations. Team-player with excellent communication, presentation & reporting skills. Can travel alone locally for work task.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement a comprehensive sales & marketing strategy to enhance market visibility of brands and sales growth of the Food & Agro Business;
∎ Generate innovative ideas for product development, brand promotion and expanding product portfolio;
∎ Utilize various marketing channels and public relations to achieve marketing and distribution goals;
∎ Execute marketing plans for the optimum achievement of sales targets and revenue growth;
∎ Prepare marketing plans & budgets, monthly sales forecast, product profit and loss analysis, market analysis on a periodic basis;
∎ Generate leads and manage the sales process for clients, for company products and storage services;
∎ Manage and motivate sales team and operations teams to achieve sales targets and outstanding service quality;
∎ Cultivate and manage robust relationships with merchants, vendors, and clients etc;
∎ Responsible for new Product and Business development;
∎ Follow up, monitor, and provide guidelines for all activities - promotion, processing and packaging;
∎ Coordinate with production team on regular basis and design effective sales plan;
∎ Identify and foster relationships with external partners to drive business growth;
∎ Conduct in-depth market research to understand customer preferences, industry trends, and emerging opportunities, locally and internationally;
∎ Prepare standard business performance reports for both internal and external purposes;
∎ Use research findings to inform new product development and marketing strategies;
∎ To establish business relations among stakeholders, related organizations, Government and Non-Government organizations as per company policy.
