Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales strategies, identify potential clients, and generate leads. Assist in creating sales presentations, proposals, and contracts. Provide support in negotiating and closing deals to achieve sales targets.
∎ Marketing Campaigns: Support the marketing team in planning, executing, and evaluating marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive customer engagement. Assist in developing marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, and digital content.
∎ Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, preferences, and market trends. Monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies, and industry developments. Provide insights and recommendations to enhance the company's competitive position.
∎ Customer Relationship Management: Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients. Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and address customer feedback promptly. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
∎ Team Coordination: Work closely with the sales and marketing team to align strategies, share information, and coordinate activities. Provide guidance and support to team members as needed. Foster a collaborative and positive work environment.
∎ Reporting and Analytics: Collect and analyze sales and marketing data to track performance, evaluate campaign effectiveness, and identify areas for improvement. Prepare regular reports and presentations for management, highlighting key metrics and insights.
∎ Budget Management: Assist in the development and management of the sales and marketing budgets. Monitor expenses and ensure compliance with allocated budgets.
∎ Industry Awareness: Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in sales and marketing. Attend conferences, seminars, and networking events to enhance professional knowledge and skills.
