Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for ensuring consistent high-quality food & beverage service.
∎ Must have good working knowledge of own area, market trends, and industry changes.
∎ Provide direction to employees regarding operational and procedural issues.
∎ Develop employees by providing ongoing feedback, establishing performance expectations, and conducting performance reviews.
∎ Track stock levels of food, supplies, and equipment, forecast needs, and oversee ordering as necessary.
∎ Prepare schedules and ensure that the restaurant is staffed for all shifts.
∎ Ensure positive guest service in all areas.
∎ Respond to complaints, taking any appropriate actions to turn dissatisfied guests into return guests.
∎ Control cash and other receipts by adhering to cash handling and reconciliation procedures by restaurant policies and procedures.
∎ Prepare all required paperwork, including forms, reports, and schedules in an organized and timely manner.
∎ Control operational costs and identify ways to cut waste.
∎ Communicate all aspects of weekly operations by leading weekly team management meetings.
∎ Assist in developing, planning, and executing restaurant marketing, advertising, and promotional activities and campaigns with the Branding and Communications team.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Good organization and administrative skills
∎ Excellent attention to detail
∎ Strong Microsoft and Excel skills
∎ Possess excellent basic math skills and can operate a cash register or POS system
∎ Experience as a Restaurant Manager in a high-volume fast-food restaurant
