  • self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives.

  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft Word & Office Excel, Mail Corresponding

Responsibilities & Context:

We are looking for potentially professional experienced candidates for the position of Assistant Manager (Procurement & Marketing) for our company. Carry out marketing of Garments accessories sectors.

Job Responsibilities :

  • Follow the process & procedures of buyer.
  • Prepare and implement different Sales & Marketing strategies and assist in negotiating prices, terms, and different conditions.
  • Visit Customers regularly for Marketing, Sales, Pricing, and Problem-Solving.
  • The candidate will assume overall Responsibility for a team of business development and marketing operations for business.
  • Create and maintain good relationships with buyer and suppliers.
  • Organize and update database submission of Performa invoice, delivery times, invoices, Challan and quantity of supplies.
  • The candidate update time to time Performa invoice submission, B2B LC.
  • Work with team members, departments, and other concerned to develop future purchasing plans and source potential vendors.
  • Communicate with customers regularly over phone, Whats’app and email.
  • Collaborate with financial team members on contracts, invoicing, and other financial matters.
  • Follow up customers queries and update accordingly.
  • Good communication skills Response to Client time to time.
  • Expert in MS Word, Excel and email.
  • Performing any other duty as directed by the respective supervisor & Management.
