Experience:

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Wholesale, Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Group of Companies, Chemical Industries, Automobile, Paint, Toiletries

• Graduation in Electrical/ Mechanical/ Civil Engineering discipline from reputed university.

• MBA in Finance from reputed institution is preferable.

• PMP certification is also preferable.

• 5 to 7 years

• Age 27 to 38 years

• Experience in project management, capital expenditure analysis, or similar roles, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.

• Proficient in quantitative and qualitative analysis tools to assess project effectiveness and investment impact.

• Strong understanding of capital expenditure budgeting, investment analysis, and financial metrics relevant to factory projects.

• Competent in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and familiar with project management software.

• Experience with data analysis tools is advantageous.

• Prepare and present project implementation reports for management and analyze project effectiveness using quantitative and qualitative tools.

• Identify changes in scope of work in the project plan and evaluate its impact on investment.

• Support to coordinate the implementation of projects and keep track of the development.

• Support to prepare capital expenditure budget and investment analysis of factory capex.

• Prepare project wise and asset category wise capex analysis for management.

• Prepare factory performance reports focusing on capacity utilization, efficiency, and opportunities for improvement.

• Identify opportunities for process improvement in overall project development process.

• To perform any other responsibilities assigned by the supervisor.
