Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement sales strategies for the modern trade segment in the frozen food category.
∎ Identify and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to develop effective sales plans.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner.
∎ Drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets, monitor sales performance, and adjust sales plans accordingly.
∎ Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including supply chain, marketing, and finance, to ensure successful execution of sales plans.
∎ Monitor and report on sales metrics and provide insights to senior management.
