Education:

- CA/ CMA partly qualified is preferable
Requirements:

Skills Required: Cost and Inventory Management,Financial Reconciliation,Internal Audit,Pretty Cash management
Additional Requirements:
- Age 30 to 50 years
- Good knowledge about RMG Production accounting, IE, Order Closing, Pre-costing & Post-costing
- Candidate must be proficient in Excel & handling ERP
- Should have at least 1 years experience in Internal Audit (RMG Preferable)
- Writing & Speaking skill on English is mandatory
- Should be willing reside close to the Factory
Responsibilities & Context:
The Assistant Manager will be responsible for supporting the Internal Audit Department in evaluating and improving the effectiveness of risk management, internal controls, governance, and compliance processes of the organization. The position will assist in planning and executing audit engagements, identifying control weaknesses, and recommending corrective actions to safeguard company assets and ensure operational efficiency.
Brief JD :
- Inventory management process
- Review the SOP & Familiar with ERP system
- Payroll system. e.g Salary, OT, Maternity, Settlement
- Verifying all kind of administrative expenses, bill, voucher
- Reconciliation pretty cash, accounts receivable & payable
- Verifying production incentive
- Reconciliation leftover/wastage
- Any other task assigned by HOD/Management
