∎ MBA in marketing discipline from any reputed Private or Public University

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare proposal/Deed of Agreement for Corporate Clients.
∎ Communicate & establish relationship with the prospective clients.
∎ Closing the deal.
∎ Forecast future sales through analysis of previous data and other sales information.
∎ Follow up clients through phone calls and personal visits on a regular basis.
∎ Create market and achieve monthly and yearly sales target must.
∎ Prepare daily and monthly report as required by management.
∎ Make a list of Target Clients/Companies.
∎ Contributing to, and developing, marketing plans and strategies.
∎ Monitoring competitor activity.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 40 years
∎ Must be minimum 05 years practical experience of the Real Estate Sector.
∎ The candidate should be smart, young, energetic and polite manner & attractive personality.
∎ Dynamic, hardworking & self-motivated with sound physical and mental health. Should have excellent communication and presentation skills both in English and Bengali.
∎ The Applicants should have experience in dealing with Sales activities, client's satisfaction etc.
∎ Should be able to work under pressure in a Team environment and must possess to lead a Team and achieve the Target.

Salary: Negotiable
