∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Govt./ Semi Govt./ Autonomous body

Job Context:
∎ Full knowledge about equipment/raw-materials sourcing & and participating
∎ BOF/DGDP/Govt. tender
∎ Provides support to management during the pre-tender process starting from evaluating, assessing tenders, assessing risk factors to arrive at bid decisions, and estimating all the required material, equipment, and manpower needs to be able to
∎ arrive at reliable cost estimates for bidding projects.
∎ An experienced Document Specialist- Skilled in preparing tender documentation
∎ Must be a fast learner with motivation

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Studies, analyses, and evaluates tender documents from a technical point of view in order to identify risk factors, ensuring that technical terms comply with the relevant standards
∎ Enquires consults, and coordinates with client & consultant representatives for specification/ technical and BOQ clarifications required for tenders and proposals and attend pre-tender meetings
∎ Must work with interest and enthusiasm to contribute to company business
