Job Responsibilities:
∎ Design & Develop corporate internal communications strategy and engagement plan
∎ Strategic decision making on corporate communications to achieve business objectives
∎ Ensuring that business goals, initiatives and people news are communicated effectively and in line with our values
∎ Creates comprehensive and effective communications strategies to mitigate risk and ensure project success
∎ Develop communication strategies to support local change and transformation activities
∎ Ensuring alignment with any ongoing business or people & strategy communication plans
∎ Responsible for development of the corporate Internal Communication
∎ Write high quality creative communication material/content
∎ Ensuring the most effective channels and tactics are used so that communication is clear and aligned with the business strategy
∎ Record and analyze channel metrics to support production of the monthly internal communications dashboard
∎ Build and foster relationships across business functions to understand requirements and ensure employees are connected
∎ Develop investor confidence and belief in the company’s vision and strategy for delivering shareholder value
∎ Develop a robust investor relations strategy and framework
∎ Create and manage a strong reputation by demonstrating consistent and clear communication between internal and external parties
∎ Provide insights on market activity and present them to the leadership team
