Job Responsibilities:
∎ Have to achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly sales target with the whole team.
∎ To lead and motivate sales team for achieving the desired result.
∎ To plan and monitor sales team's regular activities.
∎ To ensure optimum utilization of promotional materials.
∎ Responsible to motivate and train subordinates by giving proper product knowledge and necessary training.
∎ Corporate sales planning and implementation.
∎ Have to submit various reports to Management.
∎ Must be pro-active, self-motivated and dynamic.
∎ Any other task assigned by Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years

∎ Strong leadership skill.
