Job Responsibilities:
∎ Media Planning & Campaign Monitoring
∎ Work collaboratively and creatively to develop and implement bKash presence at the popular Local Publishers
∎ Cross checking the scheduled media plan against implementation
∎ Presenting media monitoring report of the campaign
∎ Ensuring cross-functional activity with SC&P for smooth implementation of the media campaign.
∎ Coordinating with the media buying agency to ensure souvenir advertisement in the anniversary of newspapers
∎ Keeping aligned with the media monitoring agency to keep track with competitors TVCs(new) if any & subsequently its presence in the media channels Ensuring contract renewal of media buying agency/media monitoring agency/local online publishers
∎ Ensure proper billing of TV & Radio as per implementation after verifying with media monitoring agency report
∎ Stakeholder Management
∎ Evaluation of the sponsorship proposal
∎ Initiating approval process for souvenir advertisement of the sponsorship proposals.
∎ Coordinating with Corporate Affairs Division by presenting them with bKash Creative for publication as per their requirement after coordinating with Brand
∎ Purchase Requisition (PR)
∎ Responsible for floating the concept approval for Marketing Campaigns & getting approval from the assigned authorities
∎ After the conceptual approval, processing the PR in Abacus during the absence of the assigned member
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 27 years
∎ Competencies:
∎ Excellent English & Bangla writing skill along with advertising copy writing skills
∎ Competency in MS Office Suite
∎ Must be self-motivated and willingness to work beyond call of duty
∎ Self-motivated and willingness to take up challenges
∎ Ability to work in a team and coordinate cross functionally
∎ Ability to work under pressure and proven time management aptitude is essential
∎ Creative skills and conceptualization of campaigns
∎ Self-initiated learning and self-motivated under challenging circumstances
∎ Other Requirements:
∎ Technical knowledge: Relevant Computer Applications
∎ Cross functional process knowledge and ability to work in a team
