Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Studies (MBS)
∎ MBA: Major in Accounting/ Finance/ Banking and Management.
∎ CA/ CMA/ ACCA/ CIMA partly qualified with experience of field level works at any reputed CA firm for at least 02 Years (firm certificate is mandatory)
∎ Skills Required: Analytical Skill, Good written and verbal communication skills

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Accounting and Finance, Audit, IAS and IFRS, Income Tax and VAT
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Capturing data from EOTS and preparing activity report on individual customer PO, Style, Job etc. to assess the performance Management.
∎ Management reporting on cost control, cost benefit analysis, GL control and reconciliation.
∎ Debtors aging analysis, creditors aging analysis, petty cash Management.
∎ Preparation of factory operational KPIs and analysis thereon.
∎ Reviewing monthly bank reconciliation statements for all accounts.
∎ Post order costing (Order Profitability and variance Analysis).
∎ Budgetary control analysis report.
∎ Job analysis report.
∎ Variance report on significant P&L components.
∎ Financial statement preparation for profit centers.
∎ Management accounting reports on export, cost, stocks and payroll analysis etc.
∎ Preparing Monthly Financial Reports.
∎ Various Comparative analysis reports for capacity optimization, effective treasury management, resource allocation etc.
∎ Other day to day works as required on any accounts and finance functions etc.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ At least more than 01 Year working experience in any RMG on order profitability analysis, Post order costing and variance analysis, inventory management, data analytics, management reporting and internal control system, ERP and automation and budget and budgetary control, receivable and payable management, preparation of statutory accounts and management accounts and analysis report thereon etc.
∎ Conversant knowledge over entire GL control and reconciliation management
∎ Moderate understanding in ERP and automation process
∎ Preparation and review of bank reconciliation
∎ Accounts receivable and payable management
∎ preparation of various management reports and analytics on cost control
∎ Preparation for financial statements both for statutory and management accounting practices in large corporates

Salary: Negotiable
