∎ Hands on Sweater Machine Maintenance, machine programming, preventive maintenance knowledge
∎ Having skill and knowledge on Auto Knitting, linking and sewing machine maintenance
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement a comprehensive maintenance strategy aligned with business goals
∎ Create and execute preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency
∎ Conduct regular assessments to identify areas for improvement in maintenance processes
∎ Implement OEE- Overall Equipment Effectiveness. Oversee the maintenance of all machinery, equipment, and facilities in the Sweater production process
∎ Monitor equipment performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective action
∎ Lead, mentor, and motivate the team for contribute and learning·
∎ Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement within the maintenance department
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth coordination of maintenance activities with PRD, IED, FSG and QAD
∎ Develop and manage the maintenance department budget.·
∎ Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement strategies to optimize maintenance expenses.·
∎ Ensure cost-effective procurement of maintenance supplies and services.
