Job Responsibilities:
∎ To advise and support the Divisional Head/CFO in carrying out his/her statutory responsibilities
∎ Play a lead role in business development, including driving the delivery of productivity and efficiency
∎ Co-ordinate & manage the preparation of and produce the Medium-Term Financial Plan, the annual revenue budget and tax, including reports to MD and Board
∎ Co-ordinate & manage the preparation and monitoring of detailed budgets and provide documented budget reports to MD and Board
∎ Work with Divisional Head and their management teams to identify innovative approaches to future service provision.
∎ Develop and agree financial recovery plans with Divisional Heads and their management teams.
∎ To drive performance improvements of budget holders by building effective relationships and ensure a high level of financial literacy across the organization.
∎ Identify and deliver continuous improvement/best practice initiatives.
∎ Ensure that senior management is kept abreast of all key financial issues and that action is secured at a high level to mitigate these issues.
