Experience:

• At least 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG),Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances,Group of Companies,Electric Wire/Cable

• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting
• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance

• CA (CC) & Certificate level completion will be an added advantage.

• At least 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG),Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances,Group of Companies,Electric Wire/Cable

• Age At least 30 years
• Only Male

• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and cost control.

• Knowledge of internal control frameworks and risk assessment tools.

• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.

• Proficiency in MS Excel, audit tools, and data analysis techniques.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Audit Planning & Execution

• Develop audit plans and programs based on risk assessment.

• Conduct internal audits across operations, production, procurement, inventory, and finance departments.

• Assess the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies.

• Review the accuracy and reliability of ERP data and manual records.

Inventory & Production Audits

• Monitor raw material (RM), semi-finished goods (SFG), finished goods (FG), and scrap inventory for discrepancies.

• Conduct physical stock counts and reconcile with ERP systems.

• Verify BOM (Bill of Materials) usage, wastage, and production yield efficiency.

• Audit factory floor operations, utility consumption, and process waste management.

Financial & Compliance Audits

• Evaluate the accuracy of financial transactions, records, and reporting.

• Ensure VAT, tax, customs, and regulatory compliance.

• Review vendor payments, purchase orders, GRNs, and procurement contracts.

• Examine employee payroll, overtime, and statutory deductions.

Control & Risk Evaluation

• Identify control weaknesses, business risks, and process inefficiencies.

• Recommend practical and industry-relevant solutions for identified issues.

• Monitor implementation of corrective actions.

Reporting

• Prepare detailed audit reports highlighting observations, risk implications, and recommendations.

• Present audit findings to management and suggest policy improvements.

• Follow up on previous audit issues to ensure resolution.
