∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance Accounting
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: CISA,ACCA

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Compliance Audit, Internal Audit, Internal Control Systems, Policy Development, Process Development, Risk Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Audit Firms /Tax Consultant, Banks, E-commerce, Manufacturing (FMCG), Multinational Companies, Telecommunication

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist in developing risk register and audit programs
∎ Perform audit field work as assigned and document the result
∎ Ensure timely and quality completion of field work
∎ Audit issue identification and validation with auditee and finalization with supervisor
∎ Review and organize audit working paper properly and maintain for future reference
∎ Arrange process understanding and other meetings with the auditee and prepare meeting minutes properly
∎ Assist in audit report writing if required
∎ Assist in monitoring the audit work progress and reporting to supervisor on work update
∎ Conducting other ad-hoc responsibilities

Additional Requirements:
∎ Part qualified CIA, CA, ACCA etc. will get more preference
∎ Work experience in internal audit, risk management, internal control & compliance and process & policy development in any local and multinational organization
∎ Ability to effectively exchange information in a clear and concise manner. Present ideas, report facts and other information, and respond to questions as appropriate
∎ Strong analytic and problem-solving skills; ability to learn quickly and solve problems
∎ Teamwork and client service skills
∎ Ability to demonstrate integrity within a professional environment
∎ Experience of coaching and developing junior team member
