• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, and CloudWatch monitoring

• Database expertise in MongoDB, SQL Server, and Oracle

• Knowledge of Redis cache, Algolia Search, Docker, Kubernetes, and CDN

• Manage and support e-commerce platforms to ensure up-time, scalability, and smooth customer experience.

• Monitor site performance and security to deliver fast, reliable, and safe digital transactions.

• Coordinate with IT, marketing, and vendors to align platform features and ensure integrated operations.

• Oversee infrastructure and integrations with ERP, CRM, POS, and payment gateways for accurate data flow and order processing.

• Develop new e-commerce features to improve user experience and drive business growth.

• Manage third-party integrations (payment, courier, CRM, POS) for seamless checkout and customer service.

• Ensure compliance with security standards (OAuth2.0, JWT, MFA, PCI DSS, RBAC) to protect customer data and maintain trust.

• Manage vendors for technology services to secure quality, timely, and cost-effective solutions.
