• Professional certifications such as CCNA, MCSA, or MCSE will be considered a significant.

• Experience in the retail sector is an advantage.

Applications & Business Systems

• Ensure day-to-day POS application-related issues are resolved with priority.

• Coordinate CRM development and technical integrations aligned with business requirements.

• Assist the ERP team with technical support and system development tailored to operational needs.

Systems & Network Management

• Monitor and troubleshoot surveillance systems (NVRs, IP cameras, switches) to ensure 100% availability with regular backups.

• Oversee attendance systems including user management and data validation.

• Monitor, diagnose, and resolve network (internet/intranet) issues to maximize uptime.

• Configure and install network devices (Cisco routers, switches, access points).

• Manage Active Directory user accounts in compliance with company policies.

• Plan, deploy, and upgrade ICT infrastructure for new and existing outlets.

Cloud & Security

• Manage cloud environments such as AWS and Microsoft Azure.

• Ensure implementation of IT security policies (data backups, antivirus management, user access controls).

E-Commerce & Hosting

• Manage e-commerce hosting and integrations for smooth and efficient online operations.

End-User Support

• Provide technical support for hardware (workstations, printers, scanners, etc.).

• Troubleshoot basic applications (Windows OS, Microsoft Office, Microsoft 365 tools).

• Conduct basic training sessions and share ICT knowledge to improve user capability.

Vendor & Asset Management

• Maintain effective communication with vendors and service providers for timely technical support.

• Manage ICT inventory, procurement, service & repairs, and coordinate related payments.

• Support ICT requirements during audits and inventory checks across locations.

• Assist in preparation and management of yearly ICT budget.

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain detailed documentation for all ICT processes, systems, and assets.

• Prepare and submit monthly ICT performance and compliance reports.
